Brand owners using MYGENPRO system will use the MYGENPRO sticker. This is a generic sticker used by all Brand owners using this system.
This sticker contains a “UNIQUE” QR code. The code is hidden. Scratch the ink and the code will be visible. Once this code is scanned - the consumer will be taken to www.genuineproducts.com.my for verification.
Verification or Authentication is made via a mobile phone without the need for other devices. The system will offer the following outcome:
NOTE: The system will track the number of times the QR code has been scanned and will report it as being suspicious.
